Ingredients
- 2skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1tsporange zest
- 1⁄2corange juice
- 1tbspwhite wine
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 1⁄2tspmustard
- 1dash ground ginger
- 1tbspcornstarch
- 1⁄4cwater
Instructions
Methode:
- Heat oven to 180 C. Place chicken in small shallow baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine juice, zest, wine, brown sugar, mustard and ginger; pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken to serving dish, keep warm.
- Pour baking juices into a small saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water; add to the juices.
- Cook over medium-low heat until it starts to thicken. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve immediately.
