Grilled /Baked Sea Bream with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 2lbsea bream
- 3tbspbutter
- 1 1⁄2tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1tbspflat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄4tspgarlic powder
- 1⁄4tsppaprika
- 1⁄4tsponion powder
- lemon pepper and salt to taste
Instructions
Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, lemon pepper and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle on both sides of fish.
To prepare butter sauce, combine butter, garlic, and parsley in a small saucepan. Remove from heat once butter has melted.
Preheat grill for high heat. Place fish on lightly oiled grate, cook for 7 minutes. Turn fish and coat with butter sauce for 7 more minutes.
Switch off the grill and on the oven at 200 C for 15 min.
Once fish flakes easily, remove from heat, drizzle with olive oil, and serve preferably with green veg: broccoli, french beans or similar.
