In a medium bowl, combine sugar and spread with hand-held mixer. Add vanilla and quark cheese and mix again.
Take 1/4 of the mixture into a separate bowl and combine well with coco powder.
On the sheet of kitchen foil, arrange biscuits in 3 rows, 10 each. Spread chocolate mixture, as evenly as you can without upsetting biskuits’ pattern. Place 2nd layer of biscuits in the same way and spread with all remaining vanilla creamed cheese. In the middle, place the jello strip lengthwise and press slightly inside the cheese. Next step approach with caution… You now press the sides of the arrangement (using the foil underneath) over the middle row, so that it forms a triangular “tent” structure. Press together to retain the even shape and leave for couple of hours in the fridge, to absorb the moisture.
Then dissolve the chocolate and it’s ready to cover the roof of your “sweet tent “. Press few hazelnuts into still soft icing at top of cake to make it look like chimneys. After it’s settled you may add some decorations, using writing icing – or leave that part to your kids – they surely will have a good fun doing that!!!
